This is an excellent reading. There’s a point in it that got me thinking–you used the modern pronunciation of 今日 (“きょう kyou”), so the meaning is intact and everything; but I think it might’ve been read “けふ (kefu)” when it was composed. Just a note. Great voice for reciting this one! ^_^

It might’ve, yes. When けふ is read aloud today, it’s always きょう.
